  • bending and reaching from under the counter 5 inches above the ground to 6 feet above the ground with at least one arm
  • climbing ladders or step stools
  • dexterity required for handling food items and dishes
  • effective communication skills to deal with public

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Server, Host, Busser, or Server Assistant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures
  • positive and friendly attitude
  • team player with a commitment to customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
  • assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • support team members to foster a cooperative work environment
