Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel guest services or related field
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent customer service skills
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in relevant software and communication tools

Job Duties
- plan coordinate and supervise hotel guest activities and services with an emphasis on VIPs and loyalty program guests
- ensure compliance with OKR policies and procedures
- lead and manage daily operations of Voyager 47 front of house staff
- collaborate with property operations food and beverage sales and marketing to enhance guest engagement
- act as an official greeter and ambassador of aloha representing the hotel
- uphold the Outrigger Way values in all guest and colleague interactions
- facilitate seamless and memorable guest experiences in the Voyager 47 Club Lounge
