Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous front desk experience or equivalent training required
- Ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Commitment to follow safety standards
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring adherence to hotel standards and core values
- Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend personnel actions
- Review records or reports on occupancy, payroll, and guest service scores to monitor and improve performance
- Communicate guest service scores to drive higher guest satisfaction
- Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff
- Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for front office staff
- Analyze financial activities of the department and provide input for budget planning
- Participate in subordinate work to facilitate productivity and resolve work challenges
- Follow sustainability guidelines of HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
