Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no experience required
  • preferred six months working in a hotel, hospitality or related field
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day operations of the hotel
  • define mission, goals, performance, and quality standards for the area
  • ensure desired outcomes in service delivery
  • coordinate with relevant departments to maintain operational efficiency
  • oversee staff performance and development
  • handle guest relations and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain compliance with organizational policies and safety standards
