Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Physical stamina to manage active work environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic knowledge of food service operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet every incoming guest with a smile and an open door
- Guide customers to their preferred tables or waiting chairs while ensuring perfect hospitality
- Effectively manage the seating of waiting customers to ensure prompt service as tables become available
- Extend heartfelt gratitude to each guest as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain and stock the self-service coffee bar for guests waiting
- Provide menus and address any questions regarding the menu or food preparation
- Manage waitlists and coordinate guest seating during busy periods
