Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of POS systems is beneficial
  • excellent customer service skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival

  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • provide information about menu items and promotions
