Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
Must adhere to company policies and procedures
Must maintain personal appearance and wear uniform professionally
No previous supervisory experience required
Must be able to work full time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience preferred
No supervisory experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and cocktails
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and supplies
Comply with all safety and quality procedures and standards
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient order management
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Assist in stocking and inventory of bar supplies
