Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Must maintain personal appearance and wear uniform professionally
  • No previous supervisory experience required
  • Must be able to work full time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and cocktails
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and supplies
  • Comply with all safety and quality procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient order management
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
  • Assist in stocking and inventory of bar supplies
