Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years previous resort or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English required
- Must have valid US driver's license
- Fluent in Japanese, Chinese or Korean is a plus
- Meets all qualifications required to drive company vehicles and carts
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer leis
- Escort guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the front desk agent
- Maintain detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up
- Assist door attendant in retrieving valet tickets
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events
- Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer them assistance
