Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years previous resort or hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak English required
  • Must have valid US driver's license
  • Fluent in Japanese, Chinese or Korean is a plus
  • Meets all qualifications required to drive company vehicles and carts
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer leis
  • Escort guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the front desk agent
  • Maintain detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up
  • Assist door attendant in retrieving valet tickets
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
  • Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events
  • Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer them assistance
