Job Requirements

  • Valid North Carolina driver's license
  • Clean driving record with no points
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions thoroughly

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
  • Assist guests during vehicle loading and unloading
  • Safely relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
  • Communicate effectively with hotel guest services and coordinate parking efforts
  • Maintain knowledge of daily hotel events impacting valet operations
  • Uphold confidentiality of guest information and secure data
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Provide basic hotel information and guest orientations
  • Exhibit a calm and organized approach in stressful situations
