Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hotel experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage
- Assists guests with city information and directions
- Delivers items as requested by guests or manager on duty
- Delivers all in-room dining food and beverage
- Delivers guest amenities to rooms
- Transports guests as needed
- Performs all other tasks as needed
