Job Description
This position is for a Guest Service Attendant at a dynamic dining establishment known for delivering exceptional hospitality and high-quality service to its guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work during peak cafe hours
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of kiosk or ordering technology is a plus

- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of kiosk ordering systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including peak cafe times
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile, greeting and to help direct them to kiosk ordering
- Guide guests by being the subject matter expert for all kiosk functions
- Assist kiosk guests with guest rewards, ordering, payments, number cards, beverage service, receipt printing, dine in/to go order fulfillment
- Beverage service for kiosk guests
- Assist service attendants with guest needs, food running, pre-bussing when there are no guests in the kiosk queue
- Clean, stock and maintain the kiosk area
- Change kiosk receipt paper
- Sample to guests entering the cafe
- Support and promote company initiatives
