Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to cover peak cafe hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to assist in multiple tasks including serving, cleaning, and restocking

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred

- Ability to use kiosk ordering technology

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile and direct them to kiosk ordering
- Guide guests as the subject matter expert on kiosk functions
- Assist guests with rewards, ordering, payments, number cards, beverage service, receipt printing, and order fulfillment
- Provide beverage service for kiosk guests
- Assist service attendants with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when kiosk queue is empty
- Clean, stock, and maintain the kiosk area
- Change kiosk receipt paper
- Sample products to guests entering the cafe
