Job Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- College course work in related field helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Experience with properties that have more than 500 rooms
- Broad understanding of the tourism industry and day-to-day functions of a resort

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage staff, ensuring proper staffing and that associates receive adequate guidance and resources for achievement of job responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and efficient operation of all front office standard operating procedures
- Assist the front office team in performing their day-to-day functions whenever necessary to ensure the smooth running of the front office department
- Perform other duties as required by management
