Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact politely and positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle challenging requests promptly
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, sit, carry up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, climb stairs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area and events is a plus
- Basic proficiency with computers and property management systems
Job Duties
- Be the face of the hotel at the front desk
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests from check-in to check-out
- Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events with guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Handle cash responsibly and use computers, databases, and property management systems
- Assist guests with requests in a timely and polite manner
- Manage physical tasks including standing, sitting, carrying, and lifting as needed
