Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of related experience preferred
- Ability to interact politely and positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle challenging requests promptly
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs
- Must be a people-person

Job Duties
- Be the face at the front desk offering warm, outgoing hospitality
- Provide excellent customer service from check-in to check-out
- Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events with guests
- Handle cash responsibly and reliably
- Utilize computers, databases, and property management systems efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues
