Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible with scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

Job Qualifications

Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
Knowledge of Opera or similar property management system is a plus
Skilled in clear communication
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to maintain composure in busy or challenging situations

Job Duties

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly
Process payments, verify reservations, and maintain accurate records in the property management system
Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution
Promote hotel amenities, dining outlets, and special services to enhance the guest experience
