Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months of related experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to handle cash responsibly
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities

Job Qualifications

  • operate property management systems and other hotel technology
  • maintain the front desk area organized and presentable
  • address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally
