- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least three months of related experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to perform required duties

Job Duties
- greet and check in guests with a friendly and professional manner
- provide guests with accurate information about local attractions and events
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- use property management systems and databases efficiently
- resolve guest complaints and requests promptly
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming state
