Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three months of related experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physically able to perform required duties

Job Duties

  • greet and check in guests with a friendly and professional manner
  • provide guests with accurate information about local attractions and events
  • handle cash and process payments accurately
  • use property management systems and databases efficiently
  • resolve guest complaints and requests promptly
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming state
