Job Requirements

  • Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts
  • Must be available to work Fridays and/or Saturdays
  • Must enjoy working with the public in a guest-facing position
  • Part-time availability of 20 to 25 hours per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner when relating to the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Serve as the friendly and helpful face to guests entering and departing the hotel
  • Assist guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
  • Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring satisfaction, and resolving problems
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a +1 Service attitude
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience through friendly interaction
