Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
- knowledge of PMS systems preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- strong interpersonal skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- adherence to safety and OSHA standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and offer assistance
- register and assign guests to hotel rooms
- establish payment methods and verify credit
- make and confirm reservations
- compute bills and collect payments
- transmit and receive messages using PMS system
- respond to guest requests promptly
- resolve guest complaints and escalate when necessary
- secure guests' valuables
- perform bookkeeping activities
- monitor guest satisfaction scores and improve service
- practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA standards
- assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned
