Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
  • knowledge of PMS systems preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • adherence to safety and OSHA standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately and offer assistance
  • register and assign guests to hotel rooms
  • establish payment methods and verify credit
  • make and confirm reservations
  • compute bills and collect payments
  • transmit and receive messages using PMS system
  • respond to guest requests promptly
  • resolve guest complaints and escalate when necessary
  • secure guests' valuables
  • perform bookkeeping activities
  • monitor guest satisfaction scores and improve service
  • practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA standards
  • assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods
  • ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • perform other duties as assigned
