Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • accounting background a plus but not required
  • previous front desk or night audit experience a plus
  • ability to operate computer, calculator, phone switchboard and printer
  • knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office
  • positive team player
  • analytical skills for mathematical calculations
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
  • composure and objectivity under pressure
  • good telephone and guest relations etiquette

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets cash and credit operations
  • Audit, balance, post and report on front desk transactions including room charges and deposits
  • Prepare room information reports and statistics for rooms management
  • Handle noise complaints, credit problems, employee conflicts, guest relocation and rejection of undesirables
  • Respond to hotel emergencies in coordination with security staff
  • Perform front desk duties including express checkouts when needed
  • Update the hotel pass down log on all occurrences and issues
