Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- accounting background a plus but not required
- previous front desk or night audit experience a plus
- ability to operate computer, calculator, phone switchboard and printer
- knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office
- positive team player
- analytical skills for mathematical calculations
- good written and verbal communication skills
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- composure and objectivity under pressure
- good telephone and guest relations etiquette

Job Duties
- Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets cash and credit operations
- Audit, balance, post and report on front desk transactions including room charges and deposits
- Prepare room information reports and statistics for rooms management
- Handle noise complaints, credit problems, employee conflicts, guest relocation and rejection of undesirables
- Respond to hotel emergencies in coordination with security staff
- Perform front desk duties including express checkouts when needed
- Update the hotel pass down log on all occurrences and issues
