Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality, retail, or food service
  • Familiarity with computer software systems, especially PMS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling guest complaints or conflicts
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
