Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and different hotel areas
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to work in a team environment is a must
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months
  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Pleasant and helpful personality
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel
  • Open car doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
  • Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested
  • Escort guests and their luggage to rooms while explaining hotel amenities
  • Collaborate with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Go above and beyond to make a difference with guests and employees
