Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a guest service or front desk role preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer skills including use of property management systems
  • ability to lift and carry 25 pounds and push or pull 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Clear reading, writing and understanding of English
  • professional and courteous communication skills
  • knowledge of the property management system and accounting system
  • familiarity with hotel policies and emergency procedures
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • experience in hospitality or customer service roles

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times
  • anticipate the guest's needs and exceed their expectations
  • assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all service related functions
  • greet and register guests and provide room assignments accommodating special requests
  • act as a liaison between management and guests
  • handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, friendly and professional manner
  • have working knowledge of reservations and procedures including cancellation and walk policies
