Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
  • Familiarity with computer systems, especially property management or reservation software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts calmly
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Adaptability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Guest check-in and check-out assistance
  • Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Processing payments accurately including room charges and refunds
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Resolving guest concerns effectively and escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records in the property management system
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
