- previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
- knowledge of PMS systems preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and offer assistance
- register and assign rooms to guests
- establish payment methods and verify credit
- make and confirm reservations
- compute bills and collect payments
- transmit and receive messages using telephones or PMS
- respond promptly to guest requests
- receive and resolve guest complaints
- secure guest valuables in safes
- perform bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts and audits
- assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- practice safe work habits and follow safety standards
- perform other duties as assigned
