Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift pull and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum 20 lbs)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter
  • Requires strong organizational and computer skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Weekends and holidays availability required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel or restaurant customer service
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
  • Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and assemble welcome amenities
  • Ensure all cash drops comply with cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle confidential guest information with professionalism
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with food and beverage operations including bartending and barista duties
  • Manage the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, guest check-in and check-out, and meeting room services
