Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
- Knowledge of PMS systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of PMS systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Basic bookkeeping and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and offer assistance
- Register and assign guests to hotel rooms
- Establish methods of payment and verify credit
- Make and confirm reservations
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
- Transmit and receive messages using telephones or PMS system
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalate to supervisor if necessary
- Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes
- Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting audits
- Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improvements
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area or help guests with luggage during peak periods
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
