Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be self-motivated and professional

- Ability to communicate well with guests

- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide excellent service
- Prepare and assemble welcome amenities
- Ensure all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle confidential guest information
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and quickly
- Work with food and beverage operations including bartending and barista duties
