Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate in English
- minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- must be 18 years or older
- part-time availability
- ability to work efficiently to meet assigned room quotas
- adherence to hotel policies and procedures

Job Duties
- make beds, dust and vacuum all assigned rooms, clean baseboards, remove scuff marks, clean mirrors, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and floors daily
- remove all trash from guest rooms, empty wastebaskets, strip, remove, and properly dispose of all soiled linen from guest rooms
- complete daily assigned room quota
- report any room damages and/or maintenance repairs
- complete detail projects assigned by management
- operate and maneuver housekeeping carts
- drape or fold guests' clothing, pair guests' shoes, and neatly arrange guests' toiletries
- replenish guest amenities as required
- report lost and found items
- conduct self in a professional manner at all times
- provide excellent customer service skills to guest as well as co-workers
- offer the hotel guest the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner, having knowledge of hotel information
- adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
