Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year cleaning experience
  • previous hotel experience preferred
  • ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers to their understanding
  • knowledge of proper chemical handling
  • bilingual English Spanish a plus
  • knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness
  • responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints
  • ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
  • be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
  • handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
  • observe all house and safety rules housekeeping room procedures and security procedures
  • clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards
  • return and restock cart at end of shift
  • complete additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
  • perform other duties as assigned
