Job Requirements
- Minimum one year cleaning experience
- previous hotel experience preferred
- ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers to their understanding
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
- bilingual English Spanish a plus
- knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele

Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness
- responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints
- ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
- be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
- handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
- observe all house and safety rules housekeeping room procedures and security procedures
- clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards
- return and restock cart at end of shift
- complete additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
- perform other duties as assigned
