Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or similar resort roles preferred
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to follow directions and maintain quality standards

Job Duties

  • Clean and refresh guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards
  • Replenish room amenities and linens
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of guest rooms
  • Engage with guests in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Follow safety and repair reporting procedures
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals
