  • Ability to communicate in English proficiently with guests, staff, and management

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience

  • Proficiency in English for communication with guests, staff, and management

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms and stock with appropriate supplies
  • Pick up trash
  • Change linen and make the bed
  • Clean entire bathroom
  • Sweep and dust guest room
  • Clean windows and balcony
  • Retrieve, stock, restock, and store housekeeping cart according to procedures
  • Receive assigned section, keys, supplies from Senior Housekeeper and turn in keys and unused supplies at end of shift
  • Respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints
  • Report missing articles, damage or mechanical problems to Supervisor Housekeeping and turn in articles left in room
  • Coordinate with Supervisor Housekeeping on work priorities and assist when needed
