Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and departmental cleaning standards
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- No criminal record affecting eligibility to work in hospitality
- Ability to handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail

- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents
- Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and departmental standards
- Change bed linens
- Collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens
- Dust hard surfaces
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Clean bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
- Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
- Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms
- Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork
- Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms
- Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently
