- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting and moving heavy items
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents
- clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and departmental standards
- change bed linens
- collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens
- dust hard surfaces
- vacuum carpeted areas
- clean bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet
- replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps
- stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms
- update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork
- notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms
- handle guest requests quickly and efficiently
