Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • ability to adhere to company cleaning and safety standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed cleaning standards and procedures
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • attention to detail
  • ability to handle guest requests in a polite and timely manner

Job Duties

  • Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents
  • clean assigned guest rooms according to company and departmental standards
  • change bed linens
  • collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens
  • dust hard surfaces
  • vacuum carpeted areas
  • clean bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet
  • replenish room amenities such as tissues and soaps
  • stock supply cart with cleaning supplies
  • update room status and complete departmental paperwork
  • notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed
  • handle guest requests quickly and efficiently
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
