Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to adhere to company cleaning and safety standards
- strong attention to detail
- good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning standards and procedures
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- attention to detail
- ability to handle guest requests in a polite and timely manner
Job Duties
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents
- clean assigned guest rooms according to company and departmental standards
- change bed linens
- collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens
- dust hard surfaces
- vacuum carpeted areas
- clean bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet
- replenish room amenities such as tissues and soaps
- stock supply cart with cleaning supplies
- update room status and complete departmental paperwork
- notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed
- handle guest requests quickly and efficiently
- perform other duties as assigned by management
