Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- participates in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
- cleans assigned guest rooms and suites to meet Encore standards of cleanliness and service
- removes soil, dirt, soap build-up, and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower, curtain and floor
- replaces facial, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and location
- inspects condition of bathrobes and replaces soiled or damaged ones
- reports any maintenance deficiencies
- transports cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest suite and positions securely
- monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- uses correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- maintains a safe and pristine work environment at all times
- appropriately directs guest questions and complaints
- works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards
- maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- performs any other job-related duties as assigned
