Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts Gaming Commission registration or license
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests
- Conversational English required
- Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to work varying schedules reflecting business needs
- Must maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external guests

Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms and suites to meet Encore cleanliness and service standards
- Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and floor
- Replace facial tissue, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and location
- Inspect condition of bathrobes and replace soiled or damaged ones
- Report any maintenance deficiencies promptly
- Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest suite and position securely
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- Maintain a safe and pristine work environment at all times
- Appropriately direct guest questions and complaints
- Work with safety as a priority, following department and company safety standards
- Maintain relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
