Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work dayshift
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or similar role experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Ability to move, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must adhere to grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly in accordance with Atlantis' quality standards
- Make beds, vacuum, empty trash, wipe down or dust all surfaces
- Replenish all guest amenities and information folders
- Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors
- Replenish amenities such as ashtrays, soaps, and tissues
- Place clean bathmats on tubs or shower doors and clean towels on towel racks
- Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair
- Complete all duties in accordance with the room classification checklist
- Perform other assignments as assigned by management
