Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
flexible with work days and hours
passion for providing excellent service
ability to handle physical tasks involved in cleaning
willing to collaborate with others
able to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

previous experience in hospitality or cleaning roles preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
effective verbal and written communication skills in English
ability to multitask and work independently
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

clean guest rooms to high standards
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of corridors and public areas
organize housekeeping linen and storage closets
proactively resolve guest complaints
communicate effectively with team members and management
ensure safety and compliance with cleaning protocols
manage time efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets
