Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • changing and replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities
  • removing room service trays, dishes, and carts to back-of-house areas
  • performing deep cleaning as needed
  • stocking and maintaining minibar items and coffee/tea supplies
  • stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply carts daily
  • disposing of trash and recyclables
  • responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
  • performing turn down service as needed
  • forwarding complaints and special requests to appropriate staff
  • assisting Public Area Attendants when required
