Job Duties
- Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- changing and replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities
- removing room service trays, dishes, and carts to back-of-house areas
- performing deep cleaning as needed
- stocking and maintaining minibar items and coffee/tea supplies
- stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply carts daily
- disposing of trash and recyclables
- responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- performing turn down service as needed
- forwarding complaints and special requests to appropriate staff
- assisting Public Area Attendants when required
