Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance
- Previous experience in housekeeping is recommended
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending and lifting
- Attention to detail essential
- Customer service orientation

- Must be willing to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
- Restock and replace used items within guest rooms
- Communicate clean status of each room upon completion
- Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms
- Stock supply cart and ensure that it is always neat and well organized
- Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order
- Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner
