Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar roles
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and related tasks
- Availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and amenities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
