Job Requirements
- Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate in the English language
- Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment to all team members and hotel guests
Job Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible
- Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
Job Duties
- Embody the values and guiding principles of Hotel Drover
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning resources
- Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
- Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping
- Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guest room
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leader
