Job Requirements
- Three months minimum related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent, or equivalent vocational training preferred
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
- Availability to work all shifts and any day
- Ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English relevant to the job
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, pull and maneuver a 70-pound maid cart at least 75% of the time
- Ability to work outdoors 75% of the time in extreme temperatures
- Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
- Walk, stand, and/or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color
- Ability to communicate via radio
- Adequate vision, hearing, and speaking abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete room status reports and follow procedures for entering and leaving rooms
- Strip and remake beds, clean furniture, vacuum and sweep carpets in guest rooms, replace amenities and clean bathrooms following department guidelines
- Replace moved, missing or damaged items and report damages or maintenance issues immediately to supervisors
- Handle biohazard spills according to company procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
