Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to obtain appropriate license through New York State Gaming Commission
- Adherence to established safety and health protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms
- Address guest needs professionally and promptly
- Welcome guests with friendly greetings
- Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues
- Stock cleaning carts according to procedure
- Change bed linens and replace towels
- Follow COVID-19 and safety guidelines
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Process lost and found items
- Support co-workers and perform additional duties as requested
