Job Requirements
- Three months minimum related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent, or equivalent vocational training preferred
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
- Available to work all shifts and any day
- Ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English as it relates to the successful completion of the position's job duties
- Walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, pull and maneuver a 70-pound maid cart at least 75 percent of time
- Work outdoors 75 percent of the time in extreme temperatures
- Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
- Walk, stand, and/or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces
- Need to distinguish between shades of color
- Communicate via radio
- Vision, hearing, speaking (critical)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete room status reports and follow procedures for entering, recording, and leaving rooms
- Strip and remake beds, clean furniture, vacuum and sweep carpets, replace amenities, and clean bathrooms according to guidelines
- Replace moved, missing, or damaged items and report such issues promptly
- Handle biohazard spills following company and OSHA procedures
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
