Job Duties

  • exhibit conduct in accordance with all gaming commission regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and departmental policies and procedures
  • consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
  • clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, polish furniture, floors and fixtures, change bedding and towels within room
  • pick up and dispose of trash and refuse
  • operate all electric and non-electric equipment
  • provide quality customer service to patrons and guests and perform work with minimal supervision
  • maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
