Job Requirements
- Must comply with all Gaming Commission regulations
- Must follow federal, state laws and company policies
- Ability to provide courteous and professional service
- Physically able to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to report any illegal acts or policy violations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, polish furniture, floors and fixtures
- Change bedding and towels within room
- Pick up and dispose of trash and refuse
- Operate all electric and non-electric equipment
- Provide quality customer service to patrons/guests
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and SSC and departmental policies
- Promote positive public/employee relations at all times
