Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Six months of previous cleaning experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to operate equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, mop, and broom

Job Duties
- Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas in the hotel as directed
- Maintain and clean all equipment used throughout the course of a shift as directed
- Maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during a working shift as directed
- Report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling
- Abide by all security measures
- Greet all guests throughout the shift with the proper salutation and pleasant expression
- Assist guests with issues that are within authority to provide ensuring guests' satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies
- Perform all duties in a quiet and orderly manner
- Assist the house person with department projects as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
